Crash Course for NTSE Selection Year, 2015-16 (For students of class X)
Program Focus & Objectives:
An ideal program developed keeping into the constraint of time available for preparation
for NTSE stage - I for the students who wish to climb the ladder of success
from class X itself. National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is the most prestigious
Scholarship Exam for school studying students. Students of class X can appear in
this exam and win scholarships for their entire Academic Career.
This program helps the student in understanding the basics of Science & Mathematics.
Absolute clarity of concepts helps in increasing the IQ & reasoning ability and
developing a strong foundation that is so essential for success in the career.
Course Structure:
- Entire course will be covered in 2 Phases with National Phase Tests.
- Subject wise packages. Additional problems will be supplemented wherever necessary.
Students should not require any additional books etc.
- 10 All India Mock Test Papers (MAT Test [Paper 1] of 45 minutes duration & SAT Test
[Paper 3] of 90 minutes duration will be conducted and the Language (English) Test
[Paper 2] will be handed over for taking test at home).
- Online Test Series & Analysis.
- Mock NTSE Test Papers.
- Students also gain important exam practice through quizzes, phase tests & mock tests
(conducted in a simulated environment giving the students a ‘feel’ of the real exam)
that can help them improve their examination temperament - a necessary element for
success in any competitive exam.
- Regular feedbacks & test analysis sessions.
- Regular sessions on concept strengthening and practice for Mental Ability Test.
- Dedicated Academic Operations team provides feedback at any point of time apart
from scheduled parent teacher meetings.
Program Schedule:
165 hrs. including classroom interaction and 22 hrs 30 minutes of testing Time (10
tests of 2hrs 15 min. duration)
Class Schedule & Frequency

Regular Week Option
|
Classes will be held for about 3-4 days in a week from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Weekend Option
|
Classes will be held on Saturday from 4:00 pm to 7:45 pm and Sunday from about 9:30
am to 4:00 pm. However during vacation classes can be held on weekdays also.

Objective Paper :
|
There will be two sections (i) SAT (90 Minutes) which will consist of Physics, Chemistry,
Biology, Maths and Social Science and (ii) MAT (45 Minutes) which will consist of
questions of Mental Ability with verbal, non-verbal reasoning.

Actual duration for answering Paper will be 2 hours 15 minutes. First 30 minutes
will be provided for filling up the information on the answer OMR sheet and for

How to Register for Admission Test:
Apply on prescribed Application form (collect from nearest FIITJEE centre) with
two passport size colour photographs, along with a Demand Draft / Pay Oder of the
Registration Fee of Rs.200/- (inclusive of Service Tax). Admission Test registration
fee can also be paid in cash at FIITJEE office. You can also do online registration
